Our practice engaged Compu-K in March 2005 to maintain our existing
computer systems. It quickly became apparent that our entire network
needed modernisation, that our server needed to be replaced and that our
systems and programs could be replaced with more efficient packages that
would enable us to meet our client's needs and expectations more
quickly.
Chris Cox and his team set about a route and branch overhaul of our
existing computer network at 20 Cliff Road and our other site, 52
Molesworth Street, Wadebridge. Chris responded positively to a
suggestion from the Partners that systems be put in place to link the
two sites, which was put in place by Chris and his team. As our firm has
expanded into 18 Cliff Road, Chris was responsible for setting up
computer systems for 6 users in the other building, as we expanded in
Ralph & Co Property, Chris was responsible for setting up a new network
at that site whilst linking this to our other buildings. Chris Cox and
Compu-K now maintain over 35 computer terminals for our firm.
Chris has enabled the Partners to work partially from home by setting up
remote working for us to have contact with the office without the
needing to be physically in the same building, which has helped us
organise and manage busy personal and professional lives more easily and
successfully !'
